• Believe I had and returned this product within 2 weeks after purchasing it. It stopped heating? Not worth the price in my opinion .

• We purchased this microwave a couple of times as it is the only compact white microwave we liked. However the 1st one lasted about 2 years (purchased 2/26/2012) and the next one (purchased 4/19/2014) and just broke. It's great while it works but expect it to work for only 1 or 2 years.
