Most of the 1- and 2-star reviews complain that it died after a few months. The 4- and 5-star reviews all seem to be happiness immediately after purchase. Not everyone will go back and do a review months or years later, when the problems begin. Thank you. (My last microwave, a Panasonic, lasted me 20 years.)”

I have had mine for 3 years and hate it every time I try to use it. Things have to be done longer than recommended on the package and you cannot heat multiple things in a row. Mine gets very hot then shuts off. My husband purchesed one for work first and then we bought ours for home. Only good for a single person to heat up tea water or one plate at any given time of day. Do yourself a favor and choose a different one.
