When you set the clock, hit clock button again and it stays on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like it could be an inconsistent power supply issue (the clock reset every time the microwave loses power). It could be a faulty wire but it could also be a faulty outlet or a general power supply issues at your place.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thank you so much for the feedback, please accept our sincerest apologies, but here you have some tips about the clock setting. When the oven is first plugged in, the display will show “:0” and a tone will sound. If the AC power ever goes off, the display show “ : 0” when the power comes back on. Once your oven has been set up for voice control with Alexa, it will automatically display the correct time on the display. If you haven’t set up your oven for voice control with Alexa, you can manually set the clock on the display. NOTE: If the oven is connected to the internet, time cannot be set using the keypad— the oven will override manually set time. If the time is not correct, check your time zone setting for the oven in the Amazon Alexa App. If you accomplish all the statement above and still have the inconvenience please contact us to the 1-800-BE-Sharp.
