As an electrician, I would say no. The Sharp soundbar for US sale is 120v. The cord end from the soundbar is not designed to plug into a 220-240v receptacle. You may be able to buy a transformer to lower the voltage you have down to 120v if you really wanted it. If you are in a different country, it is possible that Sharp has a specific model available.

The product design must have been enhanced after the manual was finalized. We apologize for the confusion. Thank you for being a Sharp customer!
