QuestionI bought this sound bar from you a couple of years ago and now there is crackling sound in the background. I have already tried to change the hdmi cord, is there anything else that I can do?

- Answer Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the Sharp AQUOS LC60UQ17U, and the Sharp HTSB602 Sound Bar. This TV and Sound Bar are both equipped with the Aquos Link feature. This feature will allow the TV and Soundbar features to work together, and it will allow you to control both the TV and Soundbar with just the TV remote.

QuestionSound VolumeI just got a Sharp 60" TV and now just purchased the HT-SB602 Sound Bar. I hooked it up with a HDMI cable (Arc) but the sound isn't much different (in volume) than the TV. What did I do wrong? IU have to crank it up to 99 to get any type of volume (maximum)

- Answer Thank you for your inquiry. The Sound Bar system should turn on when it senses audio input. The APC (auto power off control) setting can be adjusted to have the unit turn off in from 5 - 20 mins after sensing the absence of a signal. Questioni just purchased the Sharp HT-SB602. It states it works on 60" tv's. Will it work on a smaller TV?

- Answer Ok, if this is not a joke, the answer is yes. It will also work on bigger t.v.'s. It will even work without a t.v. It's a speaker system with a built in amplifier. It's generally used for t.v.'s but that isn't a requirement, you can hook your phone up to it and listen to your favorite ringtone as loud as you can stand it if that's your thing. HOWEVER, I have noticed that it does not work well with the toaster or can opener, but the aux outs on those may be broken, I don't know as I haven't located them yet. I think the ice machine is blue tooth so I'm going to try that tonight.

Questionsounddoes this longer soundbar spread the sound well.....I have a 36 inch Samsung bar and it just doesn't spread the sound out that much,,,,,will this longer bar do a better job of this

Questiondid connect with my Samsung 60 " TV through HDMI arc ; sounded great and suddenly sound stopped ....after that it does have sounds from time to time but drops pretty quickly and now no sounds at all...wondering what I am doing wrong...

QuestionWill it block the TV remote sensorI have a Sharp Aquos 60" not smart TV LC-60LE600. I plan to set the bar in front of the TV, both sitting on the TV stand. Will it block the input for the TV remote? From the size listed it seems it will. Does the remote also power on the TV, if so blocking the sensor will not matter.

- Answer Thank you for your recent inquiry in regards to using an HTSB602 with your LC60LE600U. While the HTSB602 will most likely block your TV's remote sensor the HTSB602 comes with an IR transmitter that will relay the remote signal to your TV's remote sensor. QuestionI can't get my subwoofer to connect. I have tried pushing the reset button, unplugging the system and everything I can think off and it won't connect. I am also experiencing crackling/static noise. I have unplugged and even put it on bluetooth.

- Answer This was a long known issue with this soundbar. Although labeled as Sharp, it is your typical PRC made garbage. I believe Sharp no longer makes soundbars.
