Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hooked mine up with a HDMI cable from the direct tv box to the input on the sound bar and then an HDMI out to the tv. Also I use the HDMI 2 instead of the ARC. Something to try.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue but got much better sound when I experimented with different modes and boosted the bass level. This unit won't blow you out of the room but it will improve on the overall quality.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You'll get much better sound if you hook up your cable box to the sound bar, and avoid the Arc. My cable box and blu-ray player are hooked up to the sound bar using HDMI cables, and my Apple TV, using optical.
