Thank you for your recent inquiry regarding the Sharp AQUOS LC60UQ17U, and the Sharp HTSB602 Sound Bar. This TV and Sound Bar are both equipped with the Aquos Link feature. This feature will allow the TV and Soundbar features to work together, and it will allow you to control both the TV and Soundbar with just the TV remote.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My Samsung TV remote worked the Sharp soundbar system right off the bat ... of course I have my TV USB sound cable plugged directly into the soundbar ... so I see no reason to think yours wouldn't work if you connect with the recommended setup ...
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as you are talking about the SB-602 the answer is YES. I have my Samsung TV controlling this thru the "Audio Return Channel". At my lake house I have two Sharp TVs. ARC is magic, and controls the speaker.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No they do not work off the same remote control. I don't know if there is a universal remote out there that can support both the TV and Soundbar. I haven't found one yet..
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I use the Sharp sound bar remote to adjust volume on both tv and sound bar. When you turn the tv on, the sound bar automatically comes on as well. It also goes on standby mode when the tv is turned off. I have the tv volume all the way down to zero because I prefer to listen to the sound bar only. However, you can have both tv speakers and sound bar on simultaneously.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have an LC-LE745U 60" and it does, although functions are limited
