Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found the problem to be a bad inductor or choke. If you press a magnetic screw driver on top of it you hear the static subside. I guess you would have to replace the whole board or solder in a new one. Tried to upload a pic but it didn’t work. I know this is a super late answer but I just came across this problem
