• It requires that you don't block air vents to prevent overheating. According to the installation instructions "For proper ventilation, allow 4 inches of space between oven top, sides, rear, and adjacent surfaces."

• Hello Mooner, the unit needs proper ventilation and therefore it should not be placed in an enclosed space.
