A:AnswerJust like any other app. Go to >>>Settings>>>Streaming Channels>>>Search "Spectrum". I don't use it. Cut cable long time ago. You have to have a Spectrum account for the app to work. You use your username and password from your Spectrum account to access the app.
A:AnswerThe short answer is yes although you may have to buy an hdmi adapter if you've been plugging in your dvd and vcr with RCA plug in cords. They are readily available at any big box store including Walmart.
