“Why does my unit shut off by itself! I have called Sharp support several times. Sometimes the FM tuner will play all day and sometimes it will shut off every 15 minutes. I have put no settings in the remote and have pressed the buttons to "clear all" as instructed by tech. Also have moved unit in front of a window and have moved the antenna around.”

• Be sure there is nothing blocking the vents. it could be the unit is shutting down because it's getting too hot. Also, be sure not to place your unit on top of or in front of any heat sources.

• The CDDH950P includes an Auto Power Off feature that cannot be disabled. This feature turns the Audio System off if there is no/low signal for 15 minutes. If this is happening while you are using the tuner. We would recommend moving the antenna/unit around more to find stronger antenna signal strength.
