“Can this unit connect to a TV without the 3.5 audio cable, but with Digital Audio Out (Optical)? Since my HDTV no longer has a 3.5 Audio Cable port.”

Hello, unfortunately the CDBH950 audio system does not have a optical input and only carries the 3.5mm headphone jack. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
