I cannot play CD's. When it is starting it reads "TOC reading" it then says "CD can't read". Who can I contact to get this fixed.I love this machine and I really would like to get it fixed. I wondered if the reading screen needs cleaning. Thank you. null

I have never encountered the problem. I am so sorry but there is a tech support number you can call. I think sometimes you have to call sharp Customer Service. GEEK squad might be able to give you an answer if you call them as well.

Push the button on right of preset if that doesn't hit the on the left side.
