“I cannot play CD's. When it is starting it reads "TOC reading" it then says "CD can't read". Who can I contact to get this fixed.I love this machine and I really would like to get it fixed. I wondered if the reading screen needs cleaning. Thank you.”

• I have never encountered the problem. I am so sorry but there is a tech support number you can call. I think sometimes you have to call sharp Customer Service. GEEK squad might be able to give you an answer if you call them as well.
