A:Answer When you say "sleep mode", if you are referring to the sleep timer, that is not turned on unless you specifically set it. If you are referring to the 'standby' mode when the TV is not receiving a signal, that feature cannot be turned on/off, it is automatic; when the TV does not receive a signal from the selected input source, it first displays a message that there's "no signal", then after several minutes the TV goes into standby. This time cannot be set/changed. To restore it to active, it's the same amount of time as turning on the TV, usually about 30 seconds or less on mine. If your computer does not shut down/sleep, and as long as it is sending a signal to the TV, it should not go into standby.
