Buy a cheap antenna and connect it. Put the antenna near a window for best reception. http://www.antennapoint.com/ can show you what direction the broadcast antennas are. I'm not sure what type of outputs the game console has, but you can connect to the TV with the yellow, red, and white RCA type cables and HDMI.

You can try the new age rabbit ears for an indoor antenna and HOPE for the best. It depends on where you live and what is surrounding you. If you go high up in the air with the antenna is best. You may be able to find an inexpensive outdoor antenna and install it yourself, just be careful on the ladder.
