• No, you can buy a separate device such as a Roku unit which can be used on any HDTV. Lots of streaming products available to watch, both free and at a cost, such as NETFLIX.

• This tv is not a smart tv (no wifi, no apps) so on its own no netfix. You can use this tv and get the amazon fire stick (or I'm sure the google one as well) that hooks up to the HDMI port on the tv to get wifi and tons of apps including netfix which is what I have done.
