• Yes, it does, but you'll probably want to play with the color settings, as I found it too dark by default. You'll need to re-enable game mode every time you turn the TV off, however.

• Yes, and no. There is a Game button on the remote, but it only affects the video picture, brightness, etc. Nothing to do with the motion rate of 60hz.

• It DOES have a Game Mode. There is a quick toggle button for it on the controller. I thought it was for the colors like other TVs, but it seems to be for what you mentioned. Games on PC have a slightly less input lag when I turn it on, but no effect on the PS4 (obviously console gaming = less worrying about VSYNC, etc). But it does indeed have the feature.
