- Answer Doubtful. I'm not for sure because I gave it away. But it's not a smart-tv! It's capabilities are limited compared to modern day TV standards where 90 percent of TVs come with roku software or some kind CPU OPERATING THE TV! BEST OF LUCK

- Answer Yes. I hook this TV to cable without cable box. The tuner is not very good. Some channel shows pixelations. I haven't tried OTA yet.
