• I assume you meant Roku instead of rogue. From what I've seen, you can't use any of the streaming services with this TV without having a Roku account. You only need to provide an email address and create a password to set up an account. Next it will ask for payment options, but you can skip that as long as you don't use any Roku services that charge a fee.
