• Bought an open box t.v. , bought warrenty. When t.v. arrived we turned it on and it had a crack in the screen. (Never had issues like this with an open box item before). Put it back in box, went to store and they immediately offered an exchange with price adjustment (so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket for the new one) Great customer service!
