“When using an antenna, do you need to enter the channel number with a "-1" or ".1"? Or will it default to the nearest channel? Example - if I wanted to go to channel 3-1, do I need to enter 3-1 or just enter 3?”

In my experience with other sets, you would only need to enter "3" to reach the base station of "3-1". To reach other "3" channels then use the channel button. For direct access to a higher channel you would need to enter "3-4" for example.
