There is a remote control that lets you pull up the home page. From the home page you select what service (Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc) that you want. You can attach an antenna and choose the antenna input from the home page. I have not done this, but according to company literature, the TV will search for local signals, and you can select what signal you want to watch. The better the antenna, the more signals you will be able to capture. Also, there are a few antenna for mounting either in an attic or outside that allow you rotate them to focus on the source of the signal. Supposedly, these antenna's can capture signals from 150 miles away. You also can select a cable box from the home page. And then you select channels using your cable remote.
