Question1) Is there a default setting to start regular TV programming when you turn on the set? 2) Need to resolve issue of not being able to see everything on the screen - none of the picture options correct the oversized effect.

QuestionEver since I had this tv at first it didn't talk like garble can't understand but if you put it on mute then turn volume up its ok but doing it like crazy now does it too much.
