I can't answer this question, but I bought 2 of these units 6 weeks ago. They are slower than a glacier. Then, one CD got stuck in the back of one of the units and we had dismantle all 5 trays in that unit in order to get that one CD and the other CDs out. The 2nd player is just as slow makes clicks and buzzes that sound like it's ready to crap out as well. We are replacing both. These machines are junk! Do not waste your money! Don't repair, replace with a better brand!
