“The answers concerning shuffle/random play do not agree. Does this component system play songs from various CDs in randomized order - will it play a song from one CD and then a song from a different CD, then a song from a 3rd CD and so forth?”

• Hello, the unit will randomly play songs on an individual CD until all songs have been played on that disc, once all songs are completed on that disc it will move on to the next CD tray and randomly play songs from the disc in that tray.
