• Hello Diana, this can happen if your unit is connected to a Bluetooth device that is located within close proximity. We suggest that you turn off the Bluetooth feature on such device while trying to access other features. • Thanks! Just wanted to let you know...turning off the Bluetooth on my lap top solved the issue. Love this system!
