• You can load the Roku app on your smartphone/tablet and use it to control the TV, jump to channels, add channels, and type in text fields.

• I'm unsure about USB/Bluetooth stand-alone keyboards... But the Roku smartphone app can connect to/control the TV, and has a built-in soft keyboard (using whatever keyboard you use to text on your smartphone). I know it's not an exact answer, but hope it helps a bit!
