“My remotes no longer work w/ the 43 Sharp TV LC-43LB481U. Put in new batteries. (Sharp and Direct TV) No help. Did a 15 second factory reset. Now it is asking for language choice but it does not recognize my Sharp remote commands. Can you help.”
