Q: QuestionThe audio is having a delay in the synchronization with the image. We are using a TerraceQAM Comcast Cable TV signal to the TV. We tested signal with a Samsung TV and the issue doesn’t exist. Do you have any instructions or any upgrade for this issue ?

• A:Answer You can put certain channels on your Roku if that content provider offers a direct to streaming service. Of the 2 you mentioned ((Hallmark and HGTV), Hallmark does have a direct to streaming service called "Hallmark Movies Now" which I believe you can purchase either a monthly or annual subscription. You can search on Roku by entering in the names of the content providers you want to see if they are available. Other ones include CBS, HBO and Showtime.
