A:AnswerIt depends on the channels. Some, like Hulu and Netflix require monthly fees. CBS requires a monthly fee if you don't want commercials. Also Hallmark and Lifetime have pay channels. If you have already accessed these on the other Roku, you should already have them for your new one.

A:AnswerOpen Box means just that....someone has opened the box that the TV was stored in. Maybe it was purchased, opened the box, and didn't like so they returned it. DOES not mean anything wrong with the product.
