A:Answer Yes - there are still non-smart TVs out there. Last time I was at Best Buy, they had good deals. Do a little research online before you go so you know what's in your price range. It will be difficult to find one on display so you won't be able to see the picture/hear the sound. It depends on the size of the TV. Some brands make better 32", some brands make better 40", etc. If you get a good sales person, they will tell you.
