• No you don't. I use a rabbit ears antenna and get close to 80 channels. Unfortunately I only watch about 20 channels.

• This tv can connect to an antenna, cable, satellite etc. for regular channels and viewing. In addition, if you have WiFi you can use premium services and channels along with other apps of which there are hundreds and thousands. If you have questions about the roku functionality go to the roku website as the tv works like a tv with the roku stick or box added without more cords and power.
