A:AnswerI didn't have that issue, it just scanned the wireless. Ours is hidden so I had to manually enter the info. Also there is actually a skip option too when you first boot it.
A:AnswerIt receives cable channels. I have att uverse. My tv is connected to my box via a cable & my cable box is connected to the modem wirelessly. It works wonderfully!
A:AnswerIf you know some one that pays for there cable service , all you need is there sign in and know the service provider that they use and it piggy backs off there acct ex I have xfinity so it asks me my sign in and password like I was paying my bill and you get everything they get on cable

A:AnswerI'm guessing that the headphone jack IS the analog audio output that you're referring to. There are not any RCA outputs on the TV. I think you can buy a simple adapter that will convert the standard 3.5MM headphone jack to the red and white RCA connectors
