I didn't have that issue, it just scanned the wireless. Ours is hidden so I had to manually enter the info. Also there is actually a skip option too when you first boot it.

Please try again later.Sounds like you're problem is: A) Too far away from router/weak signal B) You have IP filtering enabled/MAC filtering and you're TV is not an approved device C) The wireless band you are trying to connect to is not supported by your TV D) The password/key for your wireless network is being entered incorrectly into the TV when attempting to join the network E) Bad wireless built in to TV
