• The interface for the TV is based on the Roku devices. It's basically like your TV is running a small Operating System, which allows you to download apps like HBO Now, Watch ESPN, FX NOW, etc. It's a great feature.

• Hello Derek, the Roku service is built in to this model TV and it allows the user to have access to a number of different streaming services and applications, therefore making it a Smart TV.

• ROKU is like a built in wifi receiver which allows you to access the internet directly from your TV . It allows your TV to hook up to the internet like a smart phone does. You will still need to have an internet provider for your TV to hook up to ie: a hot spot or router.
