You need an over the air digital antennea, Best Buy sells those too. One you have that, you can pickup what ever big network stations are broadcasting in your area (cbs,ncc,abc,fox,pbs,)

Depending on your antenna and location you may be able to receive as many as 90-100 channels. These are over the air digital channels so they are free to use. Our previous satellite TV provider did not supply programming or local channels in HD without upgrading equipment and price. With Roku we get all channels in HD including locals. We've selected about 80 channels from Roku's web site plus we get about 60 local channels. We now have more channel selection than ever over previous satellite without the monthly bill. You only pay for the Roku device and select premium channels with their cost clearly marked. No surprises!
