“I hooked up an external receiver for audio using the red and white aux cord however I cannot get any sound from it. What options do i need to use on the menu to allow that to work?”

• you should be able to go into the audio menu and change output to external and double check and make sure the cables are in the correct rca set. this should fix the issue
