- Answer We have directv and yes we can use it. You just set it up as cable/tv. I think you can you chromecast as well since it does have the hdmi port to plug in you chromecast.

QuestionI just bought this for gaming on my Xbox one x, when I hooked up the 4K HDR, my games are a more darker muted shade and look horrible. When I turn off 4K & HDR10 and switch back to 1080, the picture is fine. How can I get the 4K to work correctly?

- Answer Be sure to use best quality HDMI cable. Some cheaper ones seem to throttle data and hurt image quality. There .ay ne an output setting on the game console as well. Also not all games are authored in 4k. Play with color,sharpness etc. I have PS4 attached and works amazing. But did have to get a new HDMI cable, as the older o e I used gave me similar problem

QuestionI noticed the stands on the bottom of the TV are set wide. Are those stands adjustable? Can I move them closer together, near the center of the TV?

- Answer No, the stands do not move. It was stable on my cabinet, but because I'm a worrier, I bought a board to fit better under it before the grandkids came over. But I love everything else about the set.

- Answer you have to be in line to get a ticket and it is 1 ticket per person per item and once they are out of tickets the item is sold out. and they start passing out tickets at least 2-3 hours prior to the store opening. if you are viewing the product online on the right hand side it will tell you if that item is apart of the "ticketing system"

QuestionI've seen it asked previously, what is the correct answer to if this unit does or does not support HDR? I see it answered as a NO multiple times, but the SHARP website states that it does have HDR as does the packaging for the unit IN STORES..

- Answer It supports HDR10 but not Dolby Vision. There are options in the menu for displaying notification of when HDR material is playing and HDR picture options appear when playing back HDR content from YouTube for example. The Sharp CSR that continues to post here stating that the unit doesn't support HDR is wrong, it does but like I said only the HDR10 version not DV.
