“Do the legs rotate, and/or, are moveable? Are the leg stands, sturdy and stable enough, to not tip over and fall if my Kids are running and "Rough Housing" around? Is this TV best with a wall-mount? and/or stable enough on a table-top.”

• Legs aren’t that good!! So I’d advise to mount it or to have it centered on whatever you’re sitting it on..the legs are decent bt I wouldn’t put my full trust in them

• The TV is great, but the stands are not very sturdy so be careful.
