I don't have this particular TV, but I do have a smart TV (roku) and I am able to turn it on and off, along with other commands, using my Google Home speaker. Generally speaking, "smart TVs" can all be controlled using Google Home, unless it specifically says it's not compatible, but that's rare. And yes, you can also stream shows/videos to the TV from the Google Home app on your phone.
