“After setting up this unit, there is a serious sound distortion. No video issues or problems with download speed. The dialogue is barely audible while the sound effects/background music is extremely loud. Unusable as is.”

• It's your settings. Go into settings, look for sound and change the settings. There are a variety of settings for sound one amplifies the background sounds, one of the others amplifies voices/speech.
