“purchased in December, now February and the Tuner cuts out whenever you watch antenna tv. you have to shut the tv off, unplug it and restart to get it working again. any ideas what to do? would not purchase again.”

It's not the TV. First do you have a digital antenna and is it pointing near a tower that is near by. Also, is your antenna a powered digital antenna. TV Antenna's are unpredictable and you have to play around to find the best location for the antenna that gets you the best strength. I use mine thru the Internet with my Prime app and sometimes use my digital antenna and it works fine. Location is key to where you place the tv antenna.
