Sharp CUSTOMER SERVICE is trash. It was hard for me to get them on the phone too. Keep trying to call them. If the TV is less than a year old they will help you. My TV was over a year old... no manufacture warranty, I didn't have an extended warranty. My screen went black it just stopped working...I will never purchase another SHARP or HICENSE again! Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This just happened to our TV last night. Right before the winner on NBC's The Voice was announced, the TV just quit. No picture. No sound. No nothing. I've tried the various reset techniques I've found on the internet with no success. There was one video of a guy taking the TV apart and testing the power supply, motherboard, and other such components. I haven't the skills or tools to do all that. I suspect that hiring someone with the ability to do all that will cost as much as a new TV. I haven't bothered with Sharp/Hisense because the warranty expired almost exactly a year ago. No more Sharp/Hisense for me.
