QuestionDoes this have HDR because it's very misleading as in the title/overview it says with HDR but in specs it says NO. My mother just went and bought it and we may have to return if she was misled. Please specify? Thank you.

- Answer yes, this TV has HDR10 and displays it properly and looks fantastic, but you need HDR content to see the difference. don't believe "dave", he comments on many tv's and lies about the HDR capabilities. My guess is he works for a competitor so he spreads false information. I've come across his lies on multiple tv's during my search. Best buy unfortunately lists wrong information as well sometimes, always best to google the model number and look up the info from the manufacturer's site.

- Answer Does not have bluetooth. Roku allows audio to be routed to your phone, so if your phone is connected to a wired or wireless headset, you 'get' Bluetooth.

- Answer It has the Amazon Prime app. When you are setting it up, you can have your Roku account link your Prime account so it downloads, and automatically log you in rather than having to type it in the remote on tv.

- Answer The kid was wrong. The TV does have bluetooth, but it is a "limited" bluetooth. You can connect a phone, a tablet, or a computer, but ONLY if you first connect roku bluetooth speakers. Without first installing their speakers, you can't connect anything at all. Also, their speakers are not exactly cheap, and are not all that good. QuestionDoes this tv come with an Arc HDMI input or just HDMI? I need to know because I will not be able to use my own speakers when playing my firestick without the Arc HDMI. I own another Sharp TV and I had to purchase an optical cable because of this issue.

- Answer Backlight strips are probably bad. Pretty easy fix just involves alot of disassembly. Strips can be found on eBay for around 50.00. You will need a set of 5. Once repaired go into settings and turn the backlight down to around 65%. Out of the box they come with the backlight set to 100 and this burns them out prematurely. youtube the repair with the model tv there is a guy who replaced them step by step so you can decide weather to fix or not.

- Answer same problem here with a Sharp Roku tv LC-58Q7370U I bought at Best Buy only a year and a half old. I see a lot of people having the same problem on different internet forums. I follow some of the recomendations and procedures to get it back to work on you tube but no luck for me. what a ripp off .... will go back to Sony or anything else but not to sharp and roku tv which seems to have a lot of problems.

- Answer Spec is wrong. HDR comes on when I viewed content with HDR on YouTube, I did the same with my phone just to proof test and phone didn’t have the HDR come on screen.

- Answer Gray420, what did you end up doing about your issue? Were you able to fix the TV? We are having the same exact issue...one day we tried to turn it on and we can see a FAINT Sharp/Roku TV logo and then disappears. Red power light just blinks. We've tried unplugging, holding power button for 15 seconds, every video that's out there, we've tried it. Just curious if you had any resolution. This TV is less than 2 years old so we are not happy. Thanks!
