QuestionWe’re watching our show and a screen was starting to fading away slowly. Then black screen. We unplugged everything then turn it back on. Red light flashing and screen still black but we see Sharp ROKU TV images fading in and out on screen. What happen?

- Answer 90% sure the backlight strips are bad and will need to be replaced. Very common issue on this model.
