“Why is the tv listed as 4k WITH HDR but in the specifications at the bottom it says "HDR : NO" ?”

Spec is wrong. HDR comes on when I viewed content with HDR on YouTube, I did the same with my phone just to proof test and phone didn’t have the HDR come on screen.
