“How do I turn on HDR? I'm attempting to turn on HDR via the PS4 settings but it says that this TV "does not support HDR". I then go into the TV's settings (hopefully to turn it on) but I can't find anything via the TV's settings. Help?”

Enable HDMI 2.0 for that input in the TV settings. It is possible that only a few of the HDMI ports are capable of this though.
