Good luck. It's happening on mine too. Tech support was no help, of course this all started after the warranty has expired. It's apparently a design flaw. Mine works fine with the exception. Of course there are some other minor issues with this TV such as hot spots around the edges which I don't care for. At this point, I can honestly say I will never buy another Sharp TV. The prices and tech is getting cheaper all the time, so I'll get a better TV from Samsung or LG when this one totally craps out.
