You apparently don't know about the Google/Amazon rivalry... No Amazon app loaded. You can try side loading.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Apps from Google Play shouldn't be a problem but Amazon Prime isn't on Google Play and the TV doesn't come with it which was disappointing. It is possible to install it - although not very straightforward by just following the instructions here http://techpp.com/2018/03/14/amazon-prime-video-apk-android-tv-working/. If for some reason the file manager app (ES Explorer) can't read the files off your USB, make sure your USB drive is formatted as FAT32.
