“How does Sharp calculate the square footage for the units? We looked at a couple of models that have different square footage (SF) of the room size and wonder what this is based on. Also, since the unit has 3 speeds, what does this mean regarding turning over the air volume in Sharp's given SF specifications? If I need more SF then recommended, can I just run longer in a day or increase from Low Speed to Max Speed? I assume that if the air quality stays the same, running at higher speeds will reduce life of filter or cleaning of filter?”

• The max speed is pretty loud. I wouldn't have it at max speed constantly when watching a movie or trying to sleep.
